Steven Warshaw, President and CEO

Steven Warshaw is the president and CEO of Warshaw Group, Inc. Warshaw Group is a privately owned company that was started by Mr. Warshaw in 1996 to provide enterprise mobile application solutions.

Mr. Warshaw is a leading expert in the field of mobile computing and began his career pioneering mobile inspection technology at Parsons Brinkerhoff developing handheld inspection device applications. Throughout Mr. Warshaw’s 20 plus year career he has been in the business of building software applications for mobile and wireless devices, and has expertise in a wide variety of disciplines, from business analysis and senior project management to large-scale system design, development, programming, and architecture. Mr. Warshaw has a B.S. and a M.S. in Engineering Mechanics from Columbia Engineering. He is an alumnus of the CORO Civic Leadership Program.

Jay Warshaw, Vice President

Jay Warshaw is Vice President, Project Manager and Senior Consultant at Warshaw Group. His responsibilities include client project management, product strategy and development, and development of the MV-Mobilize mobile canvassing software solution.

Mr. Warshaw has extensive experience in national political campaigns, including Presidential contests. Mr. Warshaw received a B.A. from the State University of New York-Stony Brook and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. Prior to joining Warshaw Group more than a decade ago, Mr. Warshaw was an attorney practicing in the areas of Criminal Defense and Real Estate.

Frank Hackett, Director of Finance

Frank Hackett has been the Director of Finance at Warshaw Group since 2006. Mr. Hackett is responsible for Financial Planning, P+L management, budgeting and all other financial strategy.

Prior to joining Warshaw Group, Mr. Hackett was CFO and Partner at Crown Castings, A manufacturer of portable lighting products for the middle to high end home furnishings industry. In addition, Mr. Hackett is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Hackett holds a degree from Long Island University.

Justin Seto, Director of Technology

Justin Seto is Director of Technology at Warshaw Group. His responsibilities include development of the Mobile Validity Enterprise Application Development Platform and Mobile Validity Project Management. In addition, he provides support services to all other Warshaw Group projects.

Mr. Seto has been a part of the Warshaw Group since its founding in 1996, and has played an integral role in the growth and evolution of Mobile Validity and the company as a whole. Mr. Seto is a graduate of Tufts University.

Carmen Macias, Director of Project Management

Carmen Macias is Director of Project Management at Warshaw Group. Her responsibilities include project management of existing and new projects, database design and development. As Director of Project Management, Ms. Macias defines and maintains a standard approach to project management at Warshaw Group and drives the development and application of Project Management methodology and culture.
