Warshaw Group Names Vince Carrozzi as Executive Vice President
New York, NY — Warshaw Group, Inc. announces the appointment of industry veteran Vince Carrozzi to the position of Executive Vice President. With more than 25 years of management experience providing leadership in the execution of solution selling of software and services, Carrozzi joins Warshaw Group to oversee its sales strategy and expansion.

Carrozzi will be responsible for Warshaw Group’s Mobile Validity product sales, as well as consulting and integration opportunities for the company. Prior to coming to Warshaw Group, Carrozzi was founder and Executive Vice President of Sales at AssetPoint, LLC, an Enterprise Asset Management software company, where he developed and implemented sales and marketing programs which led to double digit growth for the company. Prior to AssetPoint, Carrozzi held sales leadership positions at Fluor Corporation, and MRO Software.
Carrozzi will be heading up Warshaw Group’s sales organization including the expansion of Mobile Validity market opportunities. “The addition of Vince to our team will allow us to expand our reach geographically and strengthen our market position,” said Nicole Hamilton Bernheimer, Managing Director of the Mobile Validity product. “With strong Mobile Validity growth in the past couple of years and a great customer track record, we are excited for Vince to help us take it to the next level with his experience in sales team building and market expertise.”
