Warshaw Group Aids Engineering Firm in City School Revitalization Effort
Client:
Parsons Brinckerhoff Engineering Firm
Challenge:
Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), a worldwide engineering firm with more than 14,000 employees, was tasked with assessing New York City’s public school buildings and determining necessary repairs ahead of a budgetary review. The 1600 structures were traditionally inspected using paper forms, resulting in costly delays and inaccurate data.
Solution:
Working with PB, Warshaw Group was able to mobilize the school assessment effort, producing digital reports and eliminating paper processes. Through the use of tablet computers loaded with Mobile Validity, inspectors conducted inspections on the schools efficiently and with precision.
By harnessing the mobile solution development capabilities of Mobile Validity, and combining them with Warshaw Group’s extensive experience in questionnaire design and implementation, PB was able to execute their inspections quickly and accurately.
